The Italian cuisine is maybe one of the most popular cuisines that become the favorite of so many people in the world, with its most famous cuisine such as pizzas, spaghetti, and tiramisu. The major part of Italian cuisine will be tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, and maize. Coffee, especially espresso, is also important in Italian dishes.
The ingredients that are used in Italian cuisine are various; with different regions, that uses different recipes. The Northern part of Italy uses a large number of fish, potatoes, rice, maize, corn, sausages, pork, and a large number of cheese varieties. Unlike the Northern part, that virtually does not use many tomatoes; the Central Italy uses it widely, with ham, sausage, bresaola, salami, truffles, lasagna, and tortellini.
The using of Pasta is also common in so many Italian cuisines. Pasta itself is various in lengths, widths and shapes. Noodles, macaroni, spaghetti, fusilli, lasagna, and many others are included to pasta that is common to be used as the basic ingredients. Very often, pasta is completed with various sauces. Even though they are not very popular as the other Italian cuisine, the traditional cuisine is various, such as polenta, minestrone, ossobuco alla Milanese, arrosticini, acqua pazza, and many other dishes.
