You must be very familiar with the term of BBQ or barbeque. Do you know that the main ingredient of this kind of food is fish? Well, this is the way of making barbeque. First of all, you need to have 2 shrimps, a squid, 3 slices of Spanish mackerel, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of chili, 4 slices of onion, 3 red onions, 2 garlic’s, a lime, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, some salt and pepper. When you already have all things that you need in order to make it, you can start to cook it then. The first step is peeling the shrimps’ skin and then cut a half on the back of the shrimp in order to pull out the feces.

When you finish with the shrimps, then you need to wash the squid and the mackerel. And the next steps are peeling the onion and the garlic and slice them into pieces. The shrimps, squid, and the mackerel are poured with the onion, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, lime water, and salt. Let the dough of the fishes with the spice for about 15 minutes in order to make the spice is really sticking with the fishes. After that, all the fishes are roasted. So do the tomato, chili, and yellow onion; they are poured some salt and pepper and then roasted as well. When the roast fish and the spices are already well-done, then you can enjoy it with chili sauce or soy sauce.

Another Menu of Soup

In making this Hearty Chicken Soup, you do not need too much time since it does not spend too much time for making this soup. All the things that you have to prepare are only a pound of chicken meat, a half of a cup of vegetable oil, 1 or 1 ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ spoon of pepper, and ½ cup of the slices of yellow onion, ½ cup of green pepper, a cup of the cutting carrot, a teaspoon of the flower of the nutmeg, and ¼ cup of raisin. If you are already have all those things that I have mentioned above, and then you can start to make this kind of soup.

First of all, you need to grind the green pepper, yellow onion, and the carrot. After that, you need to wash the chicken meat and cut it. And do not forget to dry the cutting of the chicken meat with tissue. And the next step is heating the frying pan. If it is already hot, you can start to fry the chicken meat for a while and spread it with salt and pepper. When you finish with the frying activity, you can add the onion, salt, and the green pepper into the dough and you need to let it for a while until the chicken meat is quite well-done.
